Airline denies cabin crew orgy

China Eastern, soon to launch to Stockholm, makes an emphatic denial after a graphic sex tape emerges.

China Eastern, which is launching its first direct route between Stockholm and Shanghai on June 16, has issued an emphatic denial that the crew on one of its flights indulged in some post-flight entertainment, and filmed it.

The videos, which circulated on social media and were reported to be far more interesting than any safety video, show four women and two men frolicking naked in a hotel room.

Initially emerging on the Chinese social media site Weibo, the films revealed some lively karaoke singing while the others in the room appear to be enjoying themselves on beds and couches.

The clips earned millions of views in China before being taken down by censors.

Unsubstantiated rumours then circulated that the people in the films were flight attendants either for Shanghai-based China Eastern Airlines or its subsidiary Shanghai Airlines, and that the action occurred in a Madrid hotel room.

Sabotage
China’s second largest carrier has come out to deny the rumours, saying in a statement that none of the participants are confirmed to be China Eastern flight attendants, that the hotel does not match those used by the airline, and that the allegations are the work of individuals trying to sabotage the carrier’s solid reputation.

Other sharp-eyed viewers agree, pointing out that Thai words are shown on the television in the room, suggesting that the orgy may have happened at a Thai spa with local prostitutes.
